Pasta doesn't have to be an inflammatory experience. In fact, with the right blend of nourishing, fiber-rich ingredients, we can actually support our gut health, weight loss goals - and without having to sacrifice taste & flavor!


It all comes down to healthier substitutions and knowing how to work with them. This spaghetti squash pasta bowl is the perfect example:


  • Spaghetti squash in lieu of classic pasta noodles

  • Nutritional yeast in lieu of parmesan cheese

  • Brown lentils & mushrooms in lieu of ground beef (for meatless meatballs)

  • Coconut flour in lieu of all-purpose white flour


The vegan, protein-packed meatballs are our favorite part of this recipe. They're just so good.
